Job Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development and sales strategies.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and potential clients.

Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.

Prepare and deliver professional presentations and business proposals.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Manage outbound sales activities through calls, emails, and meetings.

Maintain and update client information in CRM systems.

Handle student admission counseling and administrative support activities.

Ensure excellent customer service and client follow-up.

Negotiate and finalize business agreements and contracts.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to project implementation.
Educational Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a recognized university.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Graduates from NSU, EWU, AIUB, IUB, UIU, ULAB, IIUC and other reputed universities will receive preference.
Preferred Skills & Experience

Experience in student admissions, education consultancy, or business development.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Excellent written and verbal English proficiency.

Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
